2011/2012 ADMISSION CLEARANCE EXERCISE FOR

BALANCE OF FIRST CHOICE, SECOND CHOICE, CHANGE OF COURSE AND DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES, WHO HAVE BEEN OFFERED PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

This is to inform candidates whose names were uploaded on the University website on 11 November, 2011 consequent upon their recommendation for Admission for balance of 1^st Choice, 2^nd Choice, Change of Course and Direct Entry Admission that the “Admissions Clearance Exercise” will commence from Monday 21 November to Monday 5 December, 2011.

Successful candidates for the Admissions Clearance Exercise would have paid the N7,500.00 Acceptance Fee into the Admission Processing Fee (First Bank of Nig. Plc., Nationwide) Account No. – 2018156959, as evidence of acceptance of the offer of admission. They are also requested to bring the underlisted documents to the venues listed below, between the hours of 9.00 am and 2.00 pm daily.

1. Admission Acceptance Form(downloaded from the internet)

2. Bank Tellers of the N2,000.00 & N7,500.00 (Admission Processing & Acceptance Fees)

3. 10 Passport Photographs

4. Birth certificate/Sworn affidavit

5. Original O’level Result

6. Original Jamb Notification of Result

7. 2 Reference Letters, from reputable persons (on letter headed paper)

8. A file with 2 tags

9. Downloaded Biodata Form
